April 2014, I had a few realizations. Things were shifting with my career and my living situation, causing me to re-evaluate life in general. All at once, in this almost euphoric mind exploding kind of way, I came to a conclusion that many people come to when they are at a crossroads with life…
it was time to LIVE.
Time to see different places.
Time to try different foods.
Time to pick up foreign languages.
Time to meet new people.
Time to let my life take a brave new narrative.
And so:
I quit both jobs.
Sold off a majority of my possessions.
Moved out of my apartment and into my car & Hit the ROAD.
In the past 8 months I have been to Belize,
Hawaii,
did a month road trip to every coastal town in California,
Thailand,
Cambodia,
and finished off with a Caribbean cruise that stopped off in Grand Cayman, Cozumel, and Jamaica.
Over night I transformed from being a proud work-o-holic, to a person hungry to see what else is out there, its been terrifying and liberating and I can’t wait to see what unfolds next

You are so awesome and I am so proud of you for making this happen. I remember the day at work when you came and told me about your plans. You worked so hard for this and I am so glad you made it happen. 😘
